Become a member

To be a Benefit-Member of the CBD Association the patient must have a disease that can be treated with canabidiol (CBD) and have the required documents for registration.

To receive your membership, we request the following documents:

• Updated medical report that clarifies its diagnosis and contains the ICD of the pathology to be treated;
• Personal documents of the patient and Legal Guardian (if any) ID and CPF;
• Application Form − Download ;
• 3x4cm photography;
• Scan the above Documents and send to: socios@cbd-brasil.org − when approved you will be contact by us by email.
• We do not charge any fees for to become a Benefit-Member, but all donations are welcome and will be used to studies and to fund our legal fees.
